The requirements set forth in Secs. 121.401 through 121.413 cover all procurement programs for which status as a small business is required, including the small business set-aside program, SBA's Certificate of Competency program, SBA's 8(a) Business Development program, the Small Business Subcontracting program authorized under section 8(d) of the Small Business Act, the Federal Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) programs, the HUBZone program, and the Very Small Business (VSB) program.
