There are other general issues which you may, or may not, want to include in your employee handbook. Include any policies which you want to call to the employees attention at the time of initial employment.
Other policy issues may include employment verification requests from outside sources, breaks, job posting program, adverse weather instructions, solicitation guidelines, whistle blower protection, among others, as your needs dictate.
